Shipping policy
- To ensure optimum freshness, our Ground Home Delivery orders are shipped MONDAY – THURSDAY only (for delivery Tuesday – Saturday). Monday delivery is not available.
- 2nd DAY AIR Home Delivery orders are shipped MONDAY – WEDNESDAY only (for delivery Tuesday – Friday). Monday delivery is not available.
- Ground shipments to commercial addresses are shipped MONDAY – WEDNESDAY only (Georgia and Alabama destinations are shipped Monday – Thursday for weekday delivery).
- 2ND DAY AIR shipments to commercial addresses are shipped MONDAY – WEDNESDAY only. Monday delivery is not available.
- Overnight Air shipment is available MONDAY- THURSDAY for home and commercial delivery. Monday delivery is not available.
- Other shipping methods are available for your convenience other days of the week.
- If you have special delivery or shipping needs, please call us to place your order at 877-434-3472.
- All orders must be received by 3:00 pm Eastern Time to ship out the same day.
- Delays due to holidays or inclement weather may apply.
All shipments are pre-paid and delivery is guaranteed to the complete and correct addresses we are provided. Due to the perishability of our products, we are unable to forward your order if an incorrect address is given. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O./F.B.O. Box.
We ship in earth friendly reusable insulated boxes with frozen gel packs when shipping to warmer climates.
We will make every effort to honor your specific request however, we reserve the right to substitute box /ribbon color and/or cookie flavor for something comparable.
Shipping to Hospitals
Sender must specify a room number and add Patient by recipient’s name, if applicable. We can only guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the location. It is the responsibility of the hospital to deliver the gift box to the patient or person. We cannot offer shipping refunds.
Shipping to Hotels or Universities/Colleges
Sender must specify the receiver is a Guest or Student or provide title for recipient. It is important the sender provides all applicable address information for the recipient, including but not limited to: room/apartment numbers, suites, floors or building number and/or name, Hotel or School name, etc. Deliveries to Hotels and Universities/Colleges may be delivered to a centralized mailroom or receiving department. We can only guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the location. It becomes the responsibility of that department to deliver the gift box. We cannot offer shipping refunds.
Redirected Packages & Weather Delays
We cannot refund shipping monies for packages not delivered due to:
- Incorrect addresses, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, floor or building numbers, etc.
- Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.
- Civil unrest, labor disputes, work stoppages or transportation disruptions.
- Recipient refuses delivery of package.
- Incorrect Name and/or /Business Name.
