Refund policy
Our goal is to exceed your expectations. You must be delighted with our gourmet cookies & candy or we will make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund. Custom orders and shipping will not be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact orders@heidisheavenlycookies.com.
We cannot refund shipping monies for packages not delivered due to:
- Incorrect addresses, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, floor or building numbers etc.
- Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.
- Civil unrest, labor disputes, work stoppages or transportation disruptions.
- Recipient refuses delivery of package.
- Incorrect Name and/or/Business Name.
- We reserve the right to pass along additional charges in the amount of $10.00 -$15.00 from the shipping carrier to the ordering customer resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information. If requested, we will re-ship undeliverable or returned packages at a cost to the sender (product and shipping).
