3.  Can I pick up cookies at your bakery?

Yes, you may make arrangements to pick up your order at our bakery located at 355 Curie Drive Alpharetta, GA  30005. Orders must be placed ahead of time.  You may also set up an appointment to tour our bakery by calling 1-877-434-3472.

 4. How do I know that my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation for orders placed on our website and
Sent via fax.   If you do NOT receive a confirmation within 1 hour …please call
1-877-434-3472 to confirm that your order was received.

 5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Checks.

 6. Do you add preservatives to your products?

No, we do NOT add freshness preservatives to our cookies or candy .  For this reason, they are best enjoyed within two days of delivery.  To extend freshness, cookies may be double-wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in a zip lock freezer bag and placed in the freezer (not the fridge) for up to 2 months .  For future enjoyment, simply thaw cookies at room temperature or microwave for about 12-20 seconds.

 7. Do you ship to warm climates?

Yes, we ship in a reusable earth friendly insulated box with frozen gel packs to warm climates.
